Mr. NIHAL CHAND GOEL
He is a distinguished professional who has experience as the Chairman of Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) for over 4 years. With a rich history of over 35 years in public service, he has notably served as a member of the Indian Administrative Service and attained the prestigious role of Chief Secretary. During his tenure, he successfully raised substantial resources for the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), overseeing extensive city-wide development projects and the construction of key arterial roads in Jaipur. He also played a pivotal role in the development of numerous housing societies.
His contributions extend to the preservation and enhancement of heritage monuments within the walled city, as well as various initiatives that breathed new life into the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve and other wildlife areas. Notably, due to his pivotal role and significant contributions to comprehensive tourism development, the state received the National Tourism Award.
His leadership is marked by effective coordination among various government departments and wings, leading to improved service delivery and the successful execution of numerous developmental projects and schemes throughout the state.
Furthermore, he is the author of the acclaimed book "Resource Mobilization Strategy for Indian States: A Case Study of Rajasthan," recognized by the State Government for its outstanding merit as an original work.
